This Privacy Policy describes how Wrong Door Labs LLC ("Wrong Door," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit wrongdoor.net or use our apps and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

If you give us your mobile number (for example, when you RSVP to or sign up for updates about a Wrong Door event, such as Is This Still Available?), we use it to send the text messages you agreed to receive. These can include verification codes, RSVP confirmations, event reminders and updates, replies to your messages, and, if you opted in to them, invitations to future events. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time; after you reply STOP you will receive one final message confirming the opt-out. See our SMS Terms.
We send texts through service providers, including Guestcount, which operates our event pages and messaging, and its carrier partners. They use your number only to deliver our messages.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The service-provider and legal sharing described above does not include your mobile number or text messaging opt-in data being shared for anyone else's marketing.
Our Services may contain links to or embeds from third parties (for example, GIF providers or font services). Those third parties have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
We take reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
The Services are operated from the United States. If you access them from another country, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
